Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice, and I especially enjoyed the adult pool being warm and comfortable, away from kids. The cleanliness and friendliness of the rooms made my stay pleasant. However, the rooms tended to get hot even with the shades closed and the air conditioning on low, which was a bit uncomfortable. At $220 plus taxes, the value for money was decent.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had bedbugs, which left me with itchy bites on my feet and ankles. On the positive side, the room layout with two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside, was very convenient. However, being located in the middle of a long hall with elevators at each end was a bit inconvenient for us.
The hotel is beautifully kept, spotless, and easy to reach the Main Street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, near the entrance to the Tower and the fun center. However, the walk to street level can be chilly without an indoor bridge. The dining experience stands out with outstanding food choices and a lovely location, but an indoor walking bridge would increase frequent town visits.
The hotel was well-located, near downtown with easy access to shops. The rooms were spacious and had a refrigerator, but there was trash on the floor which took away from the fancy feel. The service was very friendly and helpful, offering room cleaning and attentive care. The dining options were good, although paying extra for breakfast was a downside. The location was convenient, within walking distance to most attractions, but staff presence for safety was lacking at times.
I stayed on the 4th floor at the complete other end of the facility. The room was very nice, and I enjoyed the adult pool which was warm and comfortable without kids around. However, the room looked a bit outdated, but being on the first floor meant no worries about noise complaints from kids running around.
My stay at the lodge was a great experience overall. The room was very nice with a wonderful rate, and I even received a $20 dining voucher, which was a nice bonus. However, the room was very small and tight, with no fan, making it quite humid inside. On the bright side, the room had a great view.
